Think 2 Win Performance is operated by Think 2 Win Performance Ltd (company number 14954303), registered at 167 - 169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the free sample, you agree to these terms.
Think 2 Win Performance is a guided performance-psychology programme (the Athlete Space and the Executive Space) of readings, audio, exercises, and worksheets. It is educational and developmental. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and is not a substitute for professional help. If you are struggling with your mental health, please seek appropriate professional support.
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Think 2 Win Performance is intended for people aged 13 and over, and accounts may only be created by adults aged 18 or over. If you are a parent or guardian setting up an account for an athlete aged 13 to 17, you hold the account, you are responsible for it, and you consent to their use of Think 2 Win Performance on your behalf. It is not intended for children under 13. Athletes aged 13 to 17 may also be given access by a school or club that has licensed Think 2 Win Performance, under that institution's supervision.
Access is granted through either an active licence provided by your institution, or an active personal subscription. Access is personal to you and must not be shared.
Think 2 Win Performance can send you short reminders in your browser. Notifications are always off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off again at any time, either in Think 2 Win Performance or in your browser settings.
Notifications are not offered at all to accounts held for athletes aged 13 to 17, or to seats provided by a school or club. Where an institution has licensed Think 2 Win Performance for adults, notifications are only made available if that institution asks us for them in writing, and even then they stay off for each person until that person turns them on.
The reminders are generic. They never contain your name, your content, a score, a worksheet title, or anything you have written. Delivery is handled by the push service built into your browser, run by Apple, Google or Mozilla depending on which browser you use. That service receives an encrypted message to pass to your browser and is not given an account, a name or any content. There is more detail in the Privacy Policy.
The Athlete Space and the Executive Space are each available as an annual or a monthly plan. The current plan prices are shown at checkout before you pay, in your local currency (for example GBP, USD or EUR). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. We will give notice before any price change affects you.
Because a subscription gives immediate access to digital content, when you subscribe you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel the digital content once access has begun. You can still cancel future renewals at any time. Nothing here affects your legal rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
Anything you type into worksheets and reflections stays on your device and is not sent to us (other than the reminder timings described in section 5), except any text you choose to send to the optional AI features (see the Privacy Policy). You retain ownership of it.
All programme content (text, audio, worksheets, designs, and branding) is owned by Think 2 Win Performance Ltd and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while your access is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use it to build a competing product.
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, no account sharing, no scraping or bulk downloading, no attempts to break security, and no unlawful use.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may update features over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms; you may close your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
